I was very happy w/ d boat. Clean, option for inside cabin. Staff was friendly & did a good informative presentation. They tried to help see the whales without disturbing them and would bring the boat as close as they could. Good experience!
We went out on a 10:00 A.M. tour in September and ended up seeing at least 13 humpback whales! At one point, there were three groups of whales within 1/4 mile of the ship. The naturalist on-board did a great job of providing information about whales, and also helping everyone to know which direction to look to see the humpback whales. The captain of the ship was masterful in getting close to the whales, then turning off the engines so that we could hear the sounds of the whales. Seeing several whales surface together, hearing the huge exhalation of air, then the giant flukes rise out of the water - it is a thrilling experience!
We met friendly staff, who helped us very good.
