Terrible customer service. They cancelled the ferry back to Boston, didn't notify by phone or email, and didn't post sign at the line up spot. Badly managed boarding on buses, rude.
We took BHC to Charlestown, Salem and Provincetown. Great experiences every time. The ships are clean with friendly staff.
This summer we have taken the whale watch, tall ships cruise, ptown ferry and harbor islands ferry. Each time boats were timely, clean and well run. Can't saw enough about the staff bending over backwards for service.
