We recently stayed at the Inn. Great location to the restaurants and stores. The owner and staff were very friendly. Rooms were clean and breakfasts in the morning were simple but nice.
First time to Ptown and it was most certainly a success and this Inn made the trip even better. The owner Bob was so nice and made us feel right at home. They also do a cocktail hour which was great because it helped us make friends in the house.
We stayed here in Sept, 2016 and IT WAS AWESOME!!! The owner, Bob was so gracious and a GREAT BREAKFAST COOK! I loved his egg sandwich, amazing fruit waffles, juices, and coffee. We stayed in room 12 and loved it. Don't miss the Whale watching adventure. When dining you won't go wrong in P Town if you eat at THE MEWS (I ate VINDALOO if you love Lobster with a bit of spicy and Dixie ate Almond Crusted Cod) or THE RED INN (We shared Lobster & Artichoke Fondue in a bread bowl - WOW!!!! and Dijon Crusted Lamb chops) - WE CAN'T WAIT TO GET BACK TO THIS AMAZING LITTLE PLACE ON THE CAPE!!!

Last minute trip to the Cape with my husband. Bob, owner, was fabulous and we enjoyed him spending time with us telling us about the area. Will be back. Very cute bed and breakfast. Room decor adorable and very clean!! Great breakfast
