Bill and jose very pleasant.egar to please. Rooms very clean, refrig.large flat screen decor was romantic and fun . Close to town.i would go again. Bed was verrry comfy.good continental breakfast included with your stay. You hear a little from the dance club across street. Intetesting. But didnt keep us awake.jose guided us to our parking area near the bnb.
Bill and José are excellent hosts. They are very accommodating and willing to go the extra mile. Bill's stupendous vintage VHS movie collection is also a hidden gem. Our room had a clock radio CD player along with huge flatscreen TV DirecTV and DVD player Their's is a great location within walking distance of most of the major stores and restaurants on Commercial Street.
Usually stay in "time-share" resorts etc., using points. This was totally spontaneous and well worth the cost. Not expensive, safe, secure and close enough to all the great food, drink, etc ! Owner and partner are great at making you feel welcome. Both are a wealth of information. For a retired, humm, treasure collector the place is a gold mine, lol. Well atleast I thought it was. Drove to 3 beautiful beaches and all were minutes away. I would think they book up fast, so plan ahead. Continental breakfast included, nothing fancy but does the job! Off street parking spot included.

My favorite B&B in Provincetown! The rooms are cozy and clean with private bath and other amenities. Location is great and breakfast is quite good. Bill and Jose are amazing hosts and are a pleasure to talk to every day!
I booked this last minute on Fourth of July directly on commercial st ,Provincetown !!come on people,it was the catch of the year,score for sure !I could see the fireworks from my window:-D. and that's where I watch them for sure as the AC made sweet passionate love to my 2nd degree sunburnEd skin ;-)i was living in a dream. Bill and juan are most certainly no greenhorns In the hospitality business ,and with the side private entrance I had absolutely no problems whatsoever. the water was hot &pressure was amazing.coffee was fresh and apon saying goodbye ,i consider myself a regulahh I will definitely be back to this ptown gem,thank you Bill and juan
