We just returned from a week's vacation at Harbor Hill. Our stay was very pleasant in every way. The entire staff attended to every detail with a positive 'can do' approach and made sure we were comfortable and pleased with our rooms and surroundings. Everything was extremely clean and well appointed. The location was just perfect for us because we had the picturesque views and could walk to anything we desired. A special thank you to Danielle for taking care of us and making our stay so wonderful! We will definitely return for another vacation!
Harbor Hill was a great place to stay for me and my family. All the staff are nice and the rooms are a comfortable size. Harbor hill is close to both the beach and commercial st, so there are plenty of activities. This is why harbor hill is probably the best place to stay.
Awful experience here. We got here and couldn't find our unit because the email that was sent to us didn't have proper instructions. Once finding our unit, there were no sheets for the pullout couch. The sheets on the other bed had stains on them and we had to sleep on top of the comforter on the pullout couch. When we called the managers, they were in Boston and were of no help. This place is old and outdated and needs some serious help. I have never stayed at a place with such bad managers and such an awful atmosphere.
Harbor Hill is a wonderful place to stay. It's not to far from town but far enough that it's quiet and peaceful. It's both a short walk to the beach and to town. The staff are very friendly and when arriving, they insist on bringing in your bags. The rooms are clean and appealing. I would come here every year if I could.
