We absolutely loved it. We didn't have to go out to buy anything.The rooms,kitchen,living room spa ,deck and pool,what more do you need. The staff was great and we have decided to move to Provincetown so we will be back. Steve

The room was very clean and well maintained. The service is incredible; all the staff there was very friendly and helpful. We left an item in the room after checkout and they mailed it to us right away. Nice walk into town or a quick cab ride. I would definitely recommend this place!
A flavor of the 80's American way of life. Slightly old-fashioned but very clean and enjoyable. The pool is a plus. A bus passes by every half hour and can get you to the busy day- and nightlife of PTown.
Went here after visiting Newport to Hyannis and needed a place to stay in P-town that we could book quickly, we're bad at reserving things in advance to say the least. It's incredible, probably the best hotel I've stayed in especially for the money. The rooms are like apartments and it honestly feels like a home, not an awkward stuffy hotel room.Most rooms also overlook a beautiful pool with lawn chairs and all, sliding glass doors, wooden porches to walk on - couldn't be happier. It's also not a very long drive from downtown so that's great. Super happy!
