Aerie house & beach club is an amazing air B&B. Their attention to detail, delicious hot breakfast, accommodating and friendly atmosphere have absolutely made our trip beautifully memorable. I highly recommend staying at Aerie House & Beach Club.

We had a lovely time at the Aerie House, the owners are great and very helpful. The inn is spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The quality of the sheets and pillows could be improved, and the breakfast setting can become cramped quite quickly. The place is VERY dog-friendly, which we didn't mind - that's one of the reasons we chose it - but there were 6 to 8 dogs, some quite large, staying with different guests while we were there. All but one were well-behaved, but I can imagine it's a situation that might come as an unpleasant surprise if one is not expecting it.
Comfortable & serene, the friendly innkeepers Dave & Steve think of every detail to make your stay the best! They offer a variety of room/apt options but book early because they are always in demand! The daily breakfasts are included & so tasty. They have loaner bikes & a huge DVD collection. They always know what's going on in town & can help with info re the local restaurants. If needed, they'll give a ride to/from the ferry. The inn is within short walking distance of the downtown but in a quiet area. Best of all, they are dog friendly so your best pal can come along on your P Town adventure! We highly recommend!
