Called for assistance for a customer, and they hung up on me.

I went to Ptown on October 7th thru the 9th for a couple of days to relax and stayed at the Cape Colony Inn. I had extended my stay to leave on Tuesday and they were accommodating. On Monday, late afternoon, I had an incident that occurred in my room with a black guy from Truro who was acting strangely and was trying to plant stuff in my room, I caught him and questioned what he was doing, he denied everything. He went out for a cigarette and I uncovered more stuff that wasn't mine but was put in my suitcase so I called the front desk and had then summon the police to my room.

Three alleged officers arrived (heard no sirens, saw no cars) two male officers, one in his late 40's early 50's, tall slender build with thinning hair and the other male was approximately 5'9/5'10, stocky to muscular build with dark hair and a female officer with blonde highlight hair. I told them that there was a guy I had met that brought substances to my room that weren't mine and he was putting them in my suitcase for some reason. I wasn't sure if it was contraband but it was a substance. They asked me to leave the room and began searching, they asked where the guy was and I said you must have passed him outside because he was smoking and they said no one was there.

The black guy came back and they asked how he was and starting laughing, like they were all buddies, Andrea asked him "is this your backpack? He said "Yes", they went into his bag and pulled out my cell phone, I then said I wanted to press charges against him for trying to steal it and she laughed. She then said, the floor in this room is shaking, does it do this all the time, to which I said, "Yes. She gave the black guy his belongings and told him he could leave and I said again, I wanted to file charges, she said, "Good luck". I was told that if I called the police again, I would be sent for a psych eval, (See Providence Police, North Providence Police; Kent Hospital, RI Hospital Reviews)

"Andrea" went back into my room and this time she grabbed my Laptop and was demanding the password to unlock it so she could access it. I asked why she needed to access my laptop and she said either I give her the password or be arrested. I gave her the password and she inserted a flash/zip drive into the side and downloaded something into my laptop, I again questioned why she was doing that to which she refused to answer. She was completely shady as well as the responding officers because they were only interested in getting into my laptop. They were told that there was a "camera" in the television, you could see the power button was orange and there was a steady white light showing, they ignored me.

She pulled out my Truvada and asked what it was for, I explained to her that it was for the prevention of HIV. She asked me 5 times if I was HIV Positive and I reminded her that HIPPA Laws prevented her from asking that question as she wasn't treating me for anything and it was none of her business. This is where things got weird, she removed all of my medication from my bag and put them in a plastic bag and took them with her. I asked what she was doing and she told me to hold tight. While I was "holding tight", her co-worker was trying to take my blood pressure and after 5 attempts (4 attempts said I had no blood presssure, lol), the 5th attempt showed my blood pressure to be perfect.

The female officer asked if she should call "Andrea" to come to the scene and the older officer said, "Well what do you think?" She said, "Yes" and radioed for her to come to the room. Andrea arrived with what I guess was their "EMT" Department, she entered my room and began going through my luggage and asked me about my medication. She pulled out my prescriptions and asked me what each prescription was for (don't know where she got her certification from but hello, they are prescribed).

They left my room and again, they took all of my prescribed medications including my anxiety medication, which I could have used at that point. Total Shady Operators.
