Hard to believe but there is no way you can call this office directly. If you call any number that pops up on an internet search for Comcast Payment Center in Provincetown your call will be answered by someone in Pakistan. Really a joke considering the P-town office is empty 90% of the day so you would think the clerk might be able to answer a telephone.
If all customer service reps were as efficient and nice as Christine the world would be a lot better place
I am not usually very happy with comcast at all, but I have to give credit where it's due. The woman who I had help me was incredibly patient, kind, and made a few jokes even. I wish I could rate her instead, as most comcast customer service is not a fun time.

Christina should be Comcast's Employee of the Year! I never knew it was possible to have a positive interaction with Comcast until I met her. She resolved all my issues quickly and easily (something that is not usually an attribute of Comcast). They should use her to train the rest of there Customer Service Representives!
