Not kid friendly. Visited today with my wife and three children, including a fun loving two year old. She was scolded for touching the shirts and yelled at when hiding behind the leashes. I got my little one out of there (in the store for less than 10 minutes) while my wife and the older two were checking out. After I'd left, and perhaps not realizing we were together, the cashier / proprietor snidely remarked "you're welcome for the free half hour of babysitting". Needless to say, and while this appears to be a fun shop full of great pet toys / treats, we won't be back. Skip this one if your traveling with the kids.
Great little store. Friendly staff. Only spoiler was family whose little children ran amuck using the place as their personal playground.
I popped in and was very excited about a doggy stroller. I asked for the price and I was told $89.99. She then said wait and looked at the stroller again and said yes it's $89.99 and I also have pink ones. I asked to see the pink ones. She said they weren't set up yet. I was getting ready to buy the stroller and I was informed that she made a mistake!!!! The stroller is $149.99. I walked out and calmed down and went back in to ask again why the price had changed. They were more interested in being right-in spite of being wrong-and she now had her other Eastern European friend to back her up. It is bad business and they should have figured out how to make a sale and keep a customer happy. Instead they decided to be "wrong while justifying being right or wrong?" Bad experience.!
