Super same day service on my dying refrigerator. Replaced freezer thermostat and refrigerator fan on my 15 year old icebox. Good as new and they told me so; no need for a new one. Bruce.
I have used Joe & Sons to purchase and service almost every washer / dryer / fridge/ stove, etc. for over 30 years. I would not go anywhere else. When I look at other "bargain" store pries after the fact , I am pleased to have such a great service company coming along with my purchase here on the outer cape. Competitive pleasant and fair, they care about their customers.

This is a solid family run business and while their showroom may not be picture perfect, I have found their service and responsiveness to be terrific. I've also always found their prices to be competitive. Why deal with anonymous big box retailers when there is a high quality local business to patronize? I have just finished buying a complete kitchen from them and remain as satisfied as ever.
