Always one of our destinations when visiting the Cape. My wife and I have been stopping by since we started dating. Love the Kahlua ice cream with chocolate sprinkles. Nice to share this place with the kids now, they enjoyed their choices. Sadly, I think I'd drive the 3.5 hours just to have an ice cream here.
Staff was pleasant. Location was quaint. Ice cream was just ok. Nothing special. Hand made whip cream was interesting, but could not call it good. For $7 of ice cream each for my wife and I, it was very disappointing. In fact we wound up throwing out almost half of each of ours. Not recommended by us.
Don't listen to anyone who doesn't like this ice cream....Americans love everything loaded with sickening amounts of sugar. If you want sugar go to the grocery store. This is CREAMY ice cream without that disgusting sugary cringe. RICH AND PERFECT. Also, wonderful real whipped cream and the best hot fudge! And the service is fine...if you are warm, that's what you get back! I got lots of smiles!!
The ginger ice cream is amazing. Real chunks of candies ginger. Great treat on a hot day
Really great ice cream with lots of flavors to try. Some of the ice cream come with booze mixed in, if you are of age of course. Great place and they move you through quickly so there's less time between choosing and eating or drinking you ice cream.
